(1) Download and install the installer (V. 1.0) from the FSXPilot download area.
(2) Find an desktop icon FSXPilot.
(3) Download the latest update. This is a zip file. Unzip the complete content of this file in FSXPilot home directory.
(4) If you are on Windows Vista, 7, or 8 -> Right click the desktop icon and change running mode of FSXPilot to "Run as administrator"
(5) Update your FSX to Servicepack 1 (minimum !) - otherwise side-by-sider error
(6) start FSX
(7) start FSXPilot
